Filed under: Retail & Ecommerce — admin @ 5:08 pm

Samsung Electronics America Inc., which produces leading consumer electronics products such as the Samsung netbook, announced the debut of its 933HD+ and 2333HD multi-performance monitors on October 27, 2009.

Both sleek monitors include basic features plus a digital TV tuner with an optical cable or satellite connection and up to two HDMI connections. These can be used to connect to digital devices such as a Blu-Ray player or gaming system. The 19-inch 933HD+ and 23-inch 2333HD feature a glossy black finish with a rounded bottom edge and a matching crystal-like acrylic bar.

“With more homes having multiple entertainment centers, the 933HD+ and 2333HD are the perfect companions for users who want integrated HDTV functionality from a desktop monitor,” said Doug Albregts, vice president of the Information Technology Division at Samsung Electronics America Inc. “The added bonus is that both these monitors are self-contained and functional right out of the box, and can quickly connect to any entertainment device.”

The 933HD+ and 2333HD monitors are available through Samsung resellers and distribution channels, while replacement parts for other electronic devices such as the Samsung AD44-00116B AA-E9 camcorder adapter are available at SamsungParts.com.

Along with the new monitors, Samsung offers a variety of home theater systems including wall-mountable audio systems and convenient rear wireless speakers. Complete your home theater by purchasing a 5.1 channel surround sound home theater system such as the Samsung HT-BD3252 Blu-Ray home theater system, or upgrade your current home theater system by purchasing the Samsung wireless receiver SWA4000.
